Don't let the stress of "What to Wear?" make a dark cloud over your holiday planning. Mother's day is a BIG deal. This is the time to become the puppet master. Your family will do and wear whatever you want because it's your day. I am known to say, "And who's holiday is this again?" quite a bit. And guess what, I always win. You can win too.
When you think about what to wear - it's not about everyone in the same thing (Flashback to 90's family polo portraits!) but everyone in the same color tones. It's easy to shop at a specialty store like The Gap, Old Navy, Polo ... because they use the same tones and colors throughout each department covering Mom, Dad and all the babies. That's on purpose. You can all match with out "matching". So pick a couple colors and rock it with some neutrals. So maybe you don't want to dress all from one location - find an accessory - it's easy to pick up a scarf or a belt that will rock one of the colors for the masterpiece you are creating.
If you are struggling, enjoy a few examples here:
Remember Mom's: This is your day. If you plan it, they will wear it. Happy Mother's Day Mom of the Year!
